"Really clean car and comfy ride"
I used Daytrip.com last week the car was "super clean," which I really appreciated. No weird smells, the seats looked fresh, and there wasn’t any random trash or dust like you sometimes get in taxis.
The driver was nice too, but the clean car really made the whole ride feel more comfortable. I felt relaxed the whole way and would definitely use them again.

"Good little stops along the way"
The sightseeing stops were actually really nice and didn’t feel too rushed, which I appreciated because I’m usually the one lagging behind trying to take photos. One spot was a bit crowded, but that might’ve just stood out to me because I’m not great with busy places. Still worth stopping there though

I normally use a different service because I’m loyal to them, but we had to change our route last minute and this driver handled it really well. No attitude, no hassle—just rolled with the change and got us where we needed to go. Definitely made me consider using them again...

Booking through daytrip.com was smooth. The payment page was clear, and I didn’t run into any issues, which is something I always kind of worry about with travel sites. I got the confirmation right after paying, too. Nothing complicated, just worked like it was supposed to.

I used daytrip.com for a ride between cities, the communication was super clear the whole way. I’m usually the one to blame for getting anxious about pickup details and checking things over and over, but everything was sent on time and easy to find, including the driver info. There was no confusion about where to meet, which made the trip way less stressful. I’d definitely use them again

"I’ll give credit where it’s due..."
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the driver was careful and stayed calm, even with all the ridiculous traffic. No speeding, no sharp braking, and he actually kept a decent distance from other cars, which shouldn’t feel rare but somehow does. The car was clean and seemed well maintained too. I’m usually a little tense on longer drives, but this one was easy.

"Fair price and an easy ride"
I used DayTrip Adventures for a transfer the price felt fair for what we got. I looked at a few different options before booking, and this one just made the most sense. The driver showed up on time, the car was clean, and there weren’t any weird extra charges at the end, which I really appreciated. For a longer route, it felt like good value. I’d use them again.

"Pretty easy door-to-door trip"
I used Daytrip to get between cities and it was straightforward. The driver picked us up right at our hotel and dropped us off at our next place, so we didn’t have to deal with taxis or figure out trains. The car was clean, and the driver was friendly enough. It probably costs a bit more than taking a bus, but for us, it felt worth it for the convenience and lack of stress.

I used daytrip.com with three huge bags and a small suitcase, i was bracing myself for some kind of luggage disaster. But the driver handled everything so carefully, loaded it all for us, and made sure nothing got scratched, crushed, or wedged in awkwardly. When we arrived, he unloaded everything too. It was so easy and completely stress-free. Would definitely use them again.

Ce message est adressé aux responsables de Daytrip particulièrement à Monsieur thomas Turek CEO Daytrip et Monsieur jan Prokop Directeur des opérations Daytrip. Permettez-moi de vous interpeler afin de soulever quelques failles concernant la gestion et le fonctionnement de votre entreprise.
Dans votre stratégie de gestion vous avez beaucoup de détails majeurs à revoir car non seulement vous mettez les chauffeurs en difficultés et en danger dans l’exercice de leurs activités et le plus grave c’est de mettre aussi les clients en danger à cause de votre stratégie et votre gestion que vous avez mis en place. Prochainement je vous communique toutes les failles qui peuvent être fatale pour l’ensemble des acteurs (daytrip, chauffeurs et clients).
Malheureusement ce qui vous importe c’est la rentabilité financière chose qui est compréhensible mais pas au détriment des valeurs humains et surtout sur le plan sécuritaire le fait de ne pas se soucier des conditions de travail des chauffeurs peut solder par une simple négligence volontaire ou involontaire de ces derniers qui peut conduire à une catastrophe irréversible. Afin d’éviter le pire permettez-moi de soulever quelques problèmes que je juge importants :
- Soyez attentifs et à l’écoute des besoins et des attentes des chauffeurs sur le plan financier et humain car les conditions de travail sont à la limite de la réglementation si ce n’est pas pire
- Votre système de gestion est basé sur un vice caché d’une application pas claire et enfantine un traitement particulier non adapté (non conforme à l’éthique basé sur un control mental et la mise à conditions des chauffeurs) sur le plan psychologique est considéré comme inhumain
Pour le moment je me contenterai de ça et prochainement je vais vous évoquer les recels danger si vous ne faites rien pour améliorer la situation et surtout votre visibilité de stratégie. La réussite d’un projet ou d’une activité se musèrent par un savoir-faire, savoir être et l’éthique ainsi que les moyens adéquates afin de motiver tous les acteurs et d’améliorer la qualité de service
